Supposedly the DNA results are in for all the 42 players and none of the 42 are a match to the sample they retrieved from the accuser. There is also supposed to be a surveilance video of her ariving on the campus intoxicated and with some of the injuries she claimed they caused already visible on her. If she's lying in anyway, they should lock her up for the rest of her life. Too many women have to suffer through things like this and the majority of women don't even report it. Nothing lower than a person lying to try to reap financial gain from such a horrible thing. With all that said, you still have to reserve judgement until this is all sorted out.

Serious sport has nothing to do with fair play. It is bound up with hatred, jealousy, boastfulness, disregard of all rules and sadistic pleasure in witnessing violence. In other words, it is war minus the shooting.

2 players have been indicted today and the names are in a sealed envelope, I'm assuming the names will be released tommorow. If all the prosecutors have is a photo identification with no DNA samples, this could be a hard case to win. The DA said earlier this past week that they had pictures that showed the accuser arriving at the party already having the scrapes and bruises, and very drunk. Which would be enough to cause reasonable suspicion. If no one is sent to jail for this it could explode into a racial war.
I don't think the DA could NOT do anything. Durham is at least 80% black. There is an article in today's USA Today hyping up the class warefare aspect of this whole situation.
